First Official Newspaper Announcement
The first official announcement for a Camboas Beach project in the local newspaper has been released on January 30th.
The announcement is for phase 1, and below you can see the masterplan of phase 1, which includes the kite lagoon as well. Brazil has its first private kite lagoon officially approved!

First development project has started
IC-Brazil is the first developer to start the development at Camboas Beach end of 2008.
The first project consists of 10 houses, each with its own property, around a small lake, all with ocean view.
In addition a natural lagoon for kitesurfer is beaing created.
