Camboas Beach, the new heaven for kitesurfers, home owners and investors.
Very secure and beautiful area in the northeast of Brazil, less than 90 minutes form the airport in Fortaleza and about 1 hour drive from Cumbuco.
One of the highest valuated areas with a beautiful scenery of natural lagoons, sand dunes, coconuts, long beach and clear ocean water.
New Lagoon Layout and Size
The lagoon will get even bigger and moved closer to the ocean to ensure the winds are as clean as possible.

Project Slightly Changed
The project has been slightly changed, now offering 16 lots.
Also the private lagoon will be 3 times bigger than originally planned.
The construction will start again in January 2010, with a solid financing from the bank, to finish the lagoon including infrastructure and night light, as well as the infrastructure of the Camboas Beach project, 12 finished basements and one sample house.

First development project has started
IC-Brazil is the first developer to start the development at Camboas Beach end of 2008.
The first project consists of 10 houses, each with its own property, around a small lake, all with ocean view.
In addition a natural lagoon for kitesurfer is beaing created.

Road to the beach area
The road from Camboas to Camboas Beach has been finished. It leads now to about 300m in front of the ocean.
