Project Slightly Changed
The project has been slightly changed, now offering 16 lots.
Also the private lagoon will be 3 times bigger than originally planned.
The construction will start again in January 2010, with a solid financing from the bank, to finish the lagoon including infrastructure and night light, as well as the infrastructure of the Camboas Beach project, 12 finished basements and one sample house.

Officially Approved Masterplan

To get an idea of how beautiful the area will get developed, see the masterplan of the first IC-Brazil project "Phase 1". It shows the first 10 houses with a little lake in between, and the kitable lagoon to the east of it.

First development project has started
IC-Brazil is the first developer to start the development at Camboas Beach end of 2008.
The first project consists of 10 houses, each with its own property, around a small lake, all with ocean view.
In addition a natural lagoon for kitesurfer is beaing created.

Road to the beach area
The road from Camboas to Camboas Beach has been finished. It leads now to about 300m in front of the ocean.
