Camboas Beach has limited opportunities to invest in.

 

Currently the only project is Camboas Beach with its private kite lagoon. Several other projects are planned, and soon a plan for the whole area will be available.

 

Phase 1 has 14 beautiful houses, with 156 sqm living area, with terraces about 205 sqm and around 600 sqm land. All houses will be on a higher level of 3m and guaranteed ocean and lagoon view. Build within 10m high palm trees and around a small lake in the center of the area, which has fresh water and can be used to swim in, with a small island in the middle to realx in a hammock under palm trees.

A small bar next to the lake will be the meeting point for all people living on the phase one.

 

All basements (garages) will be finished end of February. To finish the house it takes minimum 60 days, depending on the rain. During dry season max. 60 days.

 

All houses will have a property, meassured by GPS positioning, with a "Matricula" (land registry), which can be checked online. Camboas Beach is the first project in the area with this digitalized datas.

 

To invest you need only your passport and birth certificate, to obtain a CPF (Brazilian tax number). Then you can buy your house and land, which will be registered in your name.

House Prices

High valued constructions already charge up to 5000 Reais per sqm in neighboring villages. Not only located in one of the most beautiful areas of Ceara, we also offer exclusivity to the house owners for the usage of the kite lagoon, therefore buying a house of this project will be of highest value in the whole state of Ceara.

 

 

The houses will include high quality bathrooms and kitchen. Special requirements like own pool, whirlpool, luxury kitchen, bathrooms, etc. can be arranged for an according surcharge.

 

The first buyer can choose a house on the lots Q-A 2 to Q-A 6. We will only sell maximum 4-6 houses. With every house sold, the sales price will increase due to its limitation.

This means the highest increase of value for the early buyers.

All prices quoted will be excluding costs for notary contract, property tax, registry transfer and lawyer costs (approx. 7-9% of sales price, the buyer can choose any independant lawyer, so an exact costs can not be calculated).
