Brazil

Brazil is one of the few countries in the world who belong to the rising stars. The economy keeps rising between 5-9% yearly and has all natural resources, which makes it very independent to worldwide shortage of such.

Real estate prices keep increasing, and still have a long way to go. Although the areas further south of Brazil are already higher priced, there are still some areas which will follow up to the level of more developed brazilian states, e.g. Ceara.
